Account and sign-in

You can sign in with Google or Apple. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address you used to register.

Gold and Pro

Gold packs and Challeng'em Pro are in-app purchases. After a successful purchase, gold or Pro should appear on your account automatically. If it does not, email us with your account email and purchase date.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund Apple charges from this site.
